What we do

We help students punch above their weight class

When you work here, yes, you’ll help students through the college process: activities, school lists, essays, and deadlines. But that’s only part of the job. The bigger part is to mentor them, coach them, and inspire them. It’s why we’re called INSPIRATE.

When a student has someone in their corner who believes in them, they stretch far beyond what they thought they were capable of. They take on the harder project, write the braver essay, and apply to the school they’d talked themselves out of.

Because of that, on average, our students report a 2.3x boost in confidence and clarity about their college path after working with us. That’s the part of the work that stays with them long after decision day.

Why join us

What it’s actually like to work here

Work that matters

Every role here helps a student get somewhere they didn’t think they could, whether you’re editing a video, answering a parent’s first call, or coaching an essay.

Fully remote

Everyone on the team works remotely, and most roles can be part-time or full-time, so the work fits around the rest of your life.

Small team, real ownership

8 people, so nothing you do gets lost. Everyone owns real work, and you’ll see exactly how yours moves the business.

Systems, not chaos

Clear owners, written follow-ups, and tools we build ourselves, like our student portal and automations. You spend your time on the work, not on chasing loose ends.

A high standard

If you take pride in your work and want clear, consistent feedback to keep it at a high level, you’ll fit right in. We hold each other accountable to do our best.

Honest work

We only take families we can truly help. Nobody here is asked to oversell or overpromise, whether you’re writing an ad, running a call, or advising a student.

Our principle

If there’s one guiding principle every person on our team follows, it’s this:

Our work begins when expectations end.

Our standard is simple

Would we trust our own child with this program?

Everyone on the team works toward that.

The impact

In their own words

Real texts and emails from students and families we’ve worked with. Tap any of them to read it full size.

Email from a student: “I was somehow accepted into the class of 2030 at MIT!! Thank you for all your help in getting me to this. I truly don’t think it would be possible without your team’s help.” Email from a parent: “We are thrilled that he was accepted to Harvard. He worked very hard, but your advice and support were instrumental in helping him sharpen and strengthen his applications.” Texts from a parent: “Justin got in Cal Tech. Thank you for the hard work. He is very happy.” Then: “Highly recommended if you need reference for your future clients.” Text from a parent: “I initially just hired you to give Ethan peace of mind… but obviously you have given him so much more and have lived up to your promises. I do hope that you are still working in this when it’s time for my next two.” Email from a parent: “Weston has found his people… As parents we had little experience in any of this (neither having gone to college ourselves)… you were the right person to assist with that.” Messages from a student: “parents said they were proud… thank you for all the help yall gave i couldnt have done this without yall.” Email from parents: “We really appreciate how you’re guiding him to make the essays more personal and authentic… It gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.” Email from a parent: “You’ve been steady throughout his workload with school, football and his job… Thanks again for being part of Ari’s journey.”
