Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
INSPIRATE Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a form, request our free admissions roadmap, book a call, or contact us. This may include:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number
- Information about the student, such as graduation year, goals, and areas of focus
- Messages and information you choose to share with us
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your device type, browser, and general usage data, through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the free resources you request and provide our services
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and appointments you book
- Communicate with you by email, phone, or — if you opt in — text message
- Improve our website, content, and services
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Mobile / SMS Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text (SMS) messages related to your booked call and your relationship with us, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or purchasing any product or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full details, including message frequency and rates.
We do not share your mobile information for marketing. No mobile information (including your phone number) collected for text messaging, and no text-messaging opt-in or consent data, will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email, scheduling, CRM, form, and hosting providers) and who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us. As noted above, this excludes sharing text-messaging opt-in data and consent, which we do not share with any third parties.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you disable them.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption in transit. Our website is served over HTTPS, and information you submit through our forms is transmitted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
- Trusted service providers. We store data with reputable third-party providers (such as our hosting, form, scheduling, and CRM platforms) that maintain their own security controls, and we share information with them only as needed to operate our business.
- Access controls. Access to personal information is limited to authorized team members and providers who need it to perform their roles, and is protected by measures such as password protection and account-level permissions.
- Data minimization. We collect only the information we reasonably need, and we retain it only for as long as necessary (see "Data Retention" above).
- Mobile & SMS data. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in and consent data are handled with the same safeguards and, as described above, are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the details below.
