Welcome to INSPIRATE Consulting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully. By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise engaging with INSPIRATE Consulting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Our Services

INSPIRATE Consulting provides college admissions consulting and educational guidance, including diagnostic strategy calls, personalized planning, and one-on-one support for students and their families. Some resources — such as our free admissions roadmap — are provided at no cost. Paid programs are governed by a separate written services agreement provided to you before enrollment; if any conflict exists between that agreement and these Terms, the written services agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for use by adults (18 or older) and by parents or guardians acting on behalf of a student. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By booking a call or providing contact information, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms describe how INSPIRATE Consulting sends text messages and how you can control them. They apply when you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us.

Your consent to texts is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call, receiving your free roadmap, or purchasing any product or service from us. You can book a call and work with us without ever opting in to texts.

How you opt in

When you book a strategy call with us — for example, by submitting our booking form and providing your mobile phone number, and where applicable checking the box to agree to receive texts — you consent to receive SMS text messages from INSPIRATE Consulting at the number you provided. You may also opt in by texting us first or by giving express verbal or written consent to a member of our team.

What messages you'll receive

If you opt in, we may send you text messages related to your booked call and your relationship with us, including:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and rescheduling for your call
  • Follow-ups and answers related to your consultation or enrollment
  • Occasional account, service, and informational updates

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out or get help

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. Your privacy. No mobile information (including your phone number) collected for text messaging or the consent you give will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 5. No Guarantee of Admission

College admissions decisions are made solely by the colleges and universities to which a student applies. INSPIRATE Consulting does not sit on any admissions committee and has no control over any admissions outcome. We do not, and cannot, guarantee admission to any specific school, scholarship, financial aid, test score, grade, or other result. Any testimonials, reviews, or examples of past student outcomes reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of your results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials — including text, graphics, logos, roadmaps, frameworks, videos, and course materials — is owned by INSPIRATE Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. Materials provided to you as part of a paid engagement are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, not submitting false information, not using our Services for any unlawful purpose, and not infringing the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms us or others.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and free resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information we provide is for general educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying application requirements and deadlines with each college.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSPIRATE Consulting and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of admission, opportunity, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
